Job Site Manager
Position Overview:
Scuba Weed Control is seeking a Job Site Manager to join our team for the 2025 season. As a Job Site Manager, you will work directly with the Owner and other employees to manage lake weed removal and pond maintenance projects for residential lakeshore owners, HOAs, and commercial clients across the Greater Twin Cities Metro area. You’ll be responsible for leading a team of 2-5 crew members, overseeing project operations, and managing company equipment in your assigned area. This position is hands-on and requires a high level of physical fitness as the role involves manual labor, including weed removal and hauling.

Qualifications:
- Previous management or supervisory experience (direct or indirect)
- Proven ability to lead by example and create a positive team environment
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Comfort in the water and ability to work outdoors in varying conditions
- Physically able to lift 60+ pounds and perform manual labor
- Self-motivated, reliable, and detail-oriented
- Customer service or sales experience is a plus
- Must be able to work outside every day in various weather conditions
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage lake weed removal projects from start to finish
- Train and supervise a crew of 2-5 individuals, ensuring quality and efficiency
- Oversee equipment management, including refilling air tanks, driving a truck/trailer, and preparing gear for projects
- Ensure safety protocols are followed on the job site
- Complete regular project reports for company documentation
- Maintain clear and frequent communication with the Owner and clients
- Provide sales and customer support as needed, ensuring customer satisfaction
Crew Member
Position Overview:
Scuba Weed Control is seeking a Dive Team Member that will train with and work alongside the company Owner, the Sales & Operations Manager, and other employees to complete lake weed removal and pond maintenance projects for private lakeshore owners and commercial organizations across the Twin Cities Metro and beyond. This is a hands-on position that requires a high physical fitness level as we are manually removing weeds and hauling them away.

- Valid Driver’s License (required)
- Ability to commute to the shop and occasionally to jobs outside the Twin Cities metro
Responsibilities:
- Assist in removing invasive aquatic weeds from lakes and ponds
- Safely transport and dispose of weeds off-site for composting
- Help maintain and care for diving and project equipment
- Collaborate with the Owner, Supervisor, and team to complete weed removal projects
- Provide excellent customer service to clients

Equipment & Fleet Manager (Hands-On Mechanical)
Part-Time Seasonal (April–October) - Twin Cities
This role ensures all trucks, trailers, tools, dive gear, cutters, compressors, etc. are running, sharp, ready, and reliable. You are the person who keeps production moving.
What you’ll do:
- Maintain/repair trucks, trailers, tools, dive gear, etc.
- Source parts + manage inventory
- Solve mechanical issues quickly when things break
- Sharpen cutters, fix chains, build simple components, prepare gear
You’d be great at this if you:
Love fixing things, like staying hands-on, and enjoy being the backbone to an operations team.
Comp: Hourly
Sales Representative (Door-to-Door / Outbound)
Commission Only – Flexible – Seasonal - Twin Cities & Brainerd
This role focuses solely on generating new business by meeting lake homeowners directly, making connections, and scheduling shoreline assessments.
What you’ll do:
- Knock doors in lake communities
- Talk directly with lake homeowners about their lakeweed issues
- Generate appointments + set up on-site quotes
- Attend events, associations, marinas, launches, etc.

Are competitive, driven, confident speaking to strangers, and love performance-based earning.
Comp: 100% commission, paid per qualified appointment + per closed job.
